Exam details

• The exam includes many types of questions, including:
  • Multiple choice.
  • True-false.
  • Numeric response.
  • Matching.
• It is a timed two-hour exam that you will take at your middle school.
• You must score at least 85 percent to pass.
• We will tell you what your scored, but you won't be able to see the graded test.
• There are no retakes.

Class registration

• If you pass, we will:
  • Schedule you for the next level math class in the next school year.
  • Place a T next to Accelerated Algebra 2 on your transcript.
• If you do not pass, you will be scheduled for Accelerated Algebra 2 in the next school year.

Course credit

• Students who test out of a course move on to the next course.
• You do not earn credit for the course you skip.
