Exam details

• The exam includes the kinds of questions similar to those on the CLEP Pre-Calculus Exam.
• It is a timed 2.5-hour exam.
• You must score at least 85 percent to pass.
• We will tell you what your scored, but you won't be able to see the graded test.
• There are no retakes.

Class registration

• If you pass, we will:
  • Schedule you for the next level math class in the next school year.
  • Place a T next to Accelerated Pre-Calculus on your transcript.
• If you do not pass, you will be scheduled for Accelerated Pre-Calculus in the next school year.

Course credit

• Students who test out of a course move on to the next course.
• You do not earn credit for the course you skip.

To test out of Accelerated Pre-Calculus, students must earn a score of 85 percent or better on the exam. You are agreeing to this when you register for the exam.
