Senior Portraits

Students graduating in 2027 need to upload their senior portrait by November 6, 2026.

We will use your regular school photo in the yearbook if:

• You miss the portrait submission deadline.
• Do not submit a portrait that meets our specifications.

For photographers

Share these requirements with your photographer.

File requirements

• Submit JPEG (.jpg) digital image format with 300 DPI or higher resolution.
• File size must be 50 MB or less.
• Image resolution must be 300 DPI or higher for actual photo size.

Appearance requirements

• Vertical orientation.
• Full color (no black-and-white or sepia images).
• Head and shoulders shots (no full-body or partial-body poses).
• Photographers should leave enough space around your face for us properly crop and place the image.
• Avoid “soft focus” images. They may appear blurry with printed.

Student names

The name you enter when uploading a portrait will appear in the yearbook. Make sure it's spelled correctly.

For students

• Wear appropriate attire.
• Do not include hats, pets, sports uniforms, props or other accessories.
• We may ask you for a different photo if you don't follow these guidelines.

Submit portraits to Jostens, the company that prints our yearbooks. Read the "what to do" section before you begin.

What to do

Prepare to upload your portrait

• Enter contact information for the person submitting the portrait.
• Jostens will email you a verification code to enter.
• Review the submission guidelines.

Upload your portrait

• Upload one photo into the "Portraits" category. Do not upload it "School Life".
• Tag the photo with:
  • Student's first name.
  • Student's last name.
  • Grade 12.
• Double check the spelling. What you enter here will appear in the yearbook.
• Click "Add", the "Continue", then "Done".
• Check the acknowledgment box and click "Submit".

Jostens will send you and email to confirm that your submission is complete.

• Check you junk or spam folders if you don't see a confirmation email.
